ANNUAL PARISH MEETING

At High Bickington Community Centre, Upstairs \Meeting Room
Commencing at 6.45 pm
1: To consider and approve the minutes of the previous Parish Meeting May 8th 2024.
2: Matters Arising
3: To receive the accounts of the Parish Council for the financial year 1024-25
4: To consider the budget for the current year 2025-26
5: To receive a brief report from the Chair
6: To receive any external reports
7: Any other items at the discretion of the Chair
8: Closure of the meeting
To be followed by the Parish Council AGM at 7.30pm
Change of Mandate:
Please be aware that our bank mandate has been changed and the following are now approved signatories to the account
Alan Matthewman: Parish Clerk and RFO
Adam Bunting: Chair of Council
Colin Kendall: Vice Chair of Council
Franklin Spencer: Councillor
All other signatories have been removed from the mandate form.
